The term "you", "your", "customer" refers to the user of the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You understand that Sellsei uses third-party vendors required to run the Service.
Service is effective upon its acceptance during the registration process and may be revised periodically. Users will be informed of any changes to the agreement before they take effect and will have to accept the changes to continue using the Service.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
You must keep your password confidential.
You must not allow any other person to use your account to access the Service.
You are responsible for any activity on the Service.
You may not use your account for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address and any other information requested by Sellsei in order to complete the signup process.
Sellsei cannot guarantee that the Service will be continuously available.
Service may be unavailable from time to time due to either: (a) scheduled upgrades and/or maintenance, (b) any circumstances which are beyond Our control such as technical failures.
Sellsei reserves the right to increase prices at any time. Notice will be given of at least 30 days in advance of any price changes.
The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. All prices are net prices and VAT will be added in the invoice if applicable.
You can cancel your account at any time. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account and all of your content will immediately be inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation.
We may: (a) suspend your account, (b) cancel your account and/or (c) edit your account details at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
In the event that Sellsei takes action to suspend or terminate an account, we will make a reasonable effort to provide the affected account owner with a copy of their account contents upon request, unless the account was suspended or terminated due to unlawful conduct.
A support ticket may be sent via email by you at any time but you acknowledge that Sellsei will only respond during the working hours and can take up to 7 days.
Support is only available in English and Polish.
Any data entered by you to the Service remain yours at all times and can be supplied if needed as a digital file upon request.
Sellsei is provided as a Service. As such, Sellsei may be used via the Internet only.
The Sellsei code will not be accessible for any subscription accounts.
Sellsei may operate one or more daily backups of the account data and the server itself based on subscription level.
Sellsei will not accept under any circumstances the liability for any loss of account data whether that be through general use, hacking or server failure.
The Terms may be subject to occasional changes. By continuing to use the Service, you recognize to you have reviewed, understood and agreed to the revised Terms.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
